MJ Hudson operates out of offices in London, Jersey, Guernsey, Zurich and Luxembourg and has 6 operating divisions:

  • Law – Focusing on multiple asset classes within the Alternatives sector
  • Investment Advisory
  • Fund Management Solutions – Management, operation and regulatory structuring – a full scope Fund Management outsourcing solution
  • International Administration – Guernsey based fund and entity administration arm
  • Investor Relations & Marketing – London based consultancy with international clients (including MJ Hudson)
  • Data Analytics – Benchmarking and Consulting

About the role


  • Reading and organising the admin calendar and preparing external meeting rooms accordingly
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and well stocked
  • Meeting and greeting clients and informing relevant colleagues of their arrival
  • Arranging refreshments and lunches as and when required
  • Booking and circulating invites for internal room bookings
  • Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, transferring calls and taking telephone messages
  • Sorting and distribution of post and arranging couriers
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, photocopying and binding
  • Ordering coffee, milk and other sundries
  • Scheduling and arranging yoga, massage and other wellbeing activities
