MJ Hudson operates out of offices in London, Jersey, Guernsey, Zurich, Milan, Luxembourg, Canada and USA and has 5 operating divisions:

  • Law – Specialist legal services for alternative asset management, focused on M&A and investment funds.
  • Investment Advisory – Investment advice and research for institutional investors, wealth managers and family offices.
  • Fund Management Solutions – A multi-funds platform providing support and regulatory cover to asset managers and advisers, as well as integrated investor reporting, marketing and investor relations services.
    International Administration – A Channel Islands, London and Luxembourg-based fund and corporate administration and fiduciary team.
  • Data & Analytics – Benchmarking and ratings services, consulting, market research, and specialist workflow tools for fund managers and investors.

About the Group

To provide full administrative support to the Head of Business Management in the Tax Advantaged Investments team and in turn deliver a professional, compliant and effective client service with a high focus on quality and accuracy.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide excellent telephone-based service to clients both externally and internally as well as to third party providers
  • Answer client queries on subscription renewals and system issues
  • Create and maintain client records on CRM to a high standard
  • Collect data
  • Liaise with internal developers and IT
  • Liaise with finance to check invoice payments
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Skills and qualifications

  • Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems i.e. Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Able to produce accurate and professional client documentation on a timely basis

Eligibility

  • Minimum of 2 A-levels in any subject (grades A-C) and GCSE English and Maths (grades A-C)
  • Interest in the industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Any relevant administrative or office experience would be advantageous
