Sarah Allidina


Sarah is an investment funds lawyer with experience in fund formation of private equity and venture capital funds, secondary transactions and LP representation.

Sarah joined MJ Hudson in September 2018 after completing a vacation scheme at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.



Sarah worked as a freelance journalist for national newspapers and spent a year as a content marketer for a publisher of business reports in The Times, Raconteur, before completing her conversion to law.

Sarah enjoys keeping up to date with international cinema, taking part in mindfulness, yoga and pilates and is a keen baker – cupcakes are her speciality.
