Roberto joined MJ Hudson Alma in 2020 and mainly assists domestic and international venture capital funds, family offices and business angels in investment and disinvestment transactions. He also involved in finance and capital markets transactions as well as in corporate and commercial matters.




Roberto is an Italian qualified lawyer based in Milan and admitted to bar before Supreme Court. Prior to MJ Hudson Alma, Roberto worked for Italian leading and boutique law firms gaining legal expertise mainly in corporate finance and corporate governance matters being involved on venture capital, M&A, banking, capital markets transaction and assisting both domestic and international clients.
