Robert Eke

Senior Associate

Rob is a specialist adviser to alternative asset managers and investors, particularly in the private equity and hedge fund asset classes. He advises on fund formation and primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions for new and established managers as well as institutional investors. Rob also advises on ancillary matters such as fund marketing.

Rob has extensive knowledge and experience of fund structures in key onshore and offshore jurisdictions and has worked on secondment in an offshore jurisdiction.

Rob was a recommended lawyer in the 2017 Editorial of The Legal 500 for his work on hedge funds, with clients noting his “professionalism with charm”.


Rob joined MJ Hudson in January 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in June 2015. He has worked exclusively in the alternative assets space since joining the business.

Rob enjoys participating in duathlons and triathlons and also learning foreign languages.
