Natacha Oz

Trainee Solicitor


Natacha joined MJ Hudson in September 2016 and assists the team on a wide range of corporate, M&A and private equity funds matters. Natacha also co-wrote the MJ Hudson Book of ESG.


Experience

Prior to joining MJ Hudson, Natacha gained significant experience working in the private equity funds teams at Proskauer Rose and Baker & McKenzie, two leading US law firms.

Natacha primarily assists managers in relation to the formation, structuring and operation of UK and international of private equity funds, co-investments, and investor negotiations. She also assists institutional investors on primary investments into funds established in various jurisdictions through the MJ Hudson LP Unit. Natacha also supports clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including secondary acquisitions and disposals (including direct, indirect and stapled), domestic and international M&A matters, and other general corporate transactions.


Education

  • Born and raised in Switzerland, Natacha moved to the UK to read a double major in Psychology and Law at the University of Kent, Canterbury. After also completed her LL.M. at the University of Kent, she gained a commendation for the LPC at the University of Law.

Interests

Natacha is a self-confessed bookworm and was the driving force in setting up the MJH Book Club. Her other hobbies include climbing, yoga and running. Natacha is also learning Spanish in her spare time.
