Mark Silveira

Mark Silveira is an investment funds lawyer. He has extensive experience advising GPs and LPs on all aspects of closed-end investment funds, including fund formation, investor fund reviews, co-investments, carried interest arrangements, GP/fund restructurings and placement agent agreements.


Experience

Mark trained and qualified at Norton Rose (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and subsequently practised law at Kirkland & Ellis and Katten Muchin Rosenman, before joining MJ Hudson in April 2013.

Interests

In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf and the piano. He has a keen interest in history and, prior to law school, worked as a policy researcher at a U.S. government think tank in Washington, DC.
