Marieke Boudeling joined MJ Hudson Spring in 2017 as an Associate. During her tenure, she strengthened her analytical and problem solving skills, as well as client engagement. Marieke has engaged with companies in a broad range of industries ranging from biofuel to healthcare, and enjoys to consider the behavioural side of the sustainability transition, from investor decision-making to consumer preferences. Marieke has supported various types of clients, including VC, GP and listed funds, to integrate ESG throughout their investment process. Alongside the consulting activities, Marieke is involved with the business development practices at MJ Hudson Spring.
Alongside her studies, Marieke worked as a research assistant at the economic research institute Nyfer and at the Utrecht University, and gained experience during a research internship at Social Enterprise NL.
After graduating, she joined Spring Associates, and worked here for 2.5 years. During her time at Spring, she developed into a strategy consultant with strong project management and analytical skills. Marieke was involved in various projects ranging from growth strategy development to strengthening of business development practices for corporates, entrepreneurs and private investors.
Marieke holds a Research Master’s degree in Multidisciplinary Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (additional courses in honours track and econometrics minor), both from the Utrecht University.
