Technical Support Analyst

Lewis joined MJ Hudson in May 2019 as an IT Support Officer. His day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a secure IT infrastructure in conjunction with the firm’s managed service providers and enabling users to access the applications and systems defined in the IT strategy in accordance with current internal service level agreements. Lewis’ role also includes: Process management; troubleshooting and management of issues; installation and configuration of desktop and mobile devices; and general IT support.


Lewis has worked with a variety of companies/facilities, from MSPs to professional services, Government and VIP clients. His roles have included: Desktop Support, Field Engineer and 1st-3rd Line Support. Lewis began his career as a Junior Helpdesk Engineer in 2015, moving up through 1st to 3rd Line Support. Prior to working at MJ Hudson, Lewis provided IT support for another London-based legal firm.


  • BCS Level 3 Certifications in Mobile and Operating Systems, Cloud Services, Coding, and Logic and Business Processes


Lewis enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit. He also has a strong interest in music, both producing and listening. In his spare time, Lewis enjoys visiting festivals and concerts to watch his favourite artists.
