Senior Associate | People & Wellbeing

Emma-Louise works in the People and Wellbeing function, supporting the Director of People and Wellbeing. Emma-Louise’s role encompasses a broad range of the HR and recruitment function, maximizing employee value through talent acquisition and management, employee experience and culture.


  • Emma-Louise graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2013 with a BA in Management with French, which included a placement year at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux.
  • Emma-Louise earned her Level 5 CIPD qualification in May 2018.
  • Emma-Louise also holds a certificate in Mental Health First Aid.


Emma-Louise enjoys travelling having completed an 8-month solo trip around Australia. She enjoys keeping fit both physically and mentally and is a big advocate of mindfulness.

Emma-Louise is a volunteer of PACT (Prison Advice and Care Trust) through Hudson’s Heroes, supporting prisoners, people with convictions and their families.
