Emily Shannon

CRM Manager


Emily joined MJ Hudson in July 2017 as CRM Manger, leading the CRM migration project onto the new CRM platform which is being implemented across the business. Emily works closely with internal stakeholders and third parties to manage the delivery of the database so that this process happens as smoothly and efficiently as possible.  Once implemented, Emily will be responsible to the ongoing maintenance of the database and ensuring that marketing communications adhere to data protection laws.


Experience

Prior to working for MJ Hudson, Emily worked for a creative communications agency as part of the New Business and Marketing team.  In her time there, Emily worked on new business documents, agency events and helped plan, execute and rollout their new CRM system into the business.  Once live, Emily then took on the day-to-day responsibility of managing and maintaining the database.


Interests

In her spare time Emily enjoys keeping fit by running, is a keen baker and enjoys the live music and comedy scene London has to offer. Emily is also a keen traveller having gone on a 2.5 year solo trip to south East Asia and Australia.
