Eamon is a corporate and investment funds lawyer, with experience in secondaries, LP representation, co-investments, M&A and private fund formation. He represents a number of GPs, family offices, fund of funds, national governments, and other high-profile investors and is a frequent commentator on industry issues.
Eamon is an Associate Fellow of University of Oxford (Saïd Business School). Eamon teaches on finance and MBA courses at the Saïd Business School.
Eamon is Head of MJ Hudson Switzerland, splitting his time between London and Zurich. He moved from London to Zurich in 2019 with his wife and two children.

Prior to help founding MJ Hudson in 2010 (including forgoing income for nine months and re-mortgaging his family house in the process…), Eamon was at King & Wood Mallesons (formally SJ Berwin) and Proskauer Rose (Boston and London).

Eamon is a keen amateur contact sports coach. He retired from boxing and Irish / Gaelic football. He (sort of) enjoys learning how to ski at the age of 41.
