Alex works as part of the IR and Marketing team at MJ Hudson, having joined in 2015. Alex provides marketing support to all divisions of MJ Hudson, helping to manage the every day marketing operations of the firm. This includes responsibility for the website, content writing, design and organisation of newsletters, data reporting, maintenance of mailing lists, helping out with events and management of social media. He also lends his design skills to various pitches, presentations and other documents as part of his daily role. Externally, as part of the IR team, Alex also assists fund managers with positioning and messaging. His job role includes; producing documentation such as pitchbooks, marketing materials, perception studies, teasers and PPMs; providing marketing advice; web design and general marketing support. Alex is a member of the Hudson’s Heroes team at MJ Hudson, who raise money for charity.
Alex has previously completed work placements at a handful of design studios and provided journalist support for local radio stations.
Alex is an avid music fan, taking every opportunity to attend concerts and festivals. He has previously hosted a show at his local radio station and has provided fundraising support at Queen’s Hospital. He also enjoys writing, and is currently making (slow) progress with his own novel.
