As part of a wide-ranging team of over 40 experts from firms including, Goldman Sachs, TPG, Whitehorse, Unigestion, EIF, StepStone, Lloyds Bank and ILPA, the MJ Hudson legal team helped support the design, creation and delivery of a new online course on Private Markets for University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. The course, Oxford Private Markets Investments Programme, explores how to integrate private market assets into your investment strategy. The programme will build on participants’ existing financial industry experience to broaden their knowledge of this niche sector, enabling them to diversify their investment portfolio and the services they offer clients. The third module, with which MJ Hudson assisted, focuses on structuring investment vehicles.
The course was designed by Professor Ludovic Phalippou, University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. The MJ Hudson team was: Edyta Brozyniak, Inmaculada Munarriz, Harriet Dedman, Robert Eke, Mark Silveria, Megan Lau, Mina-Marie Doherty and Eamon Devlin.
The online course is already live, and applications for this programme are being accepted until the end of Monday, 7 September.
