We have a well-established wellbeing initiative, the Recharge Plan, which includes its own dedicated mental health initiative, MARBLES.
Our initiatives are always being updated to incorporate fun and unique wellness trends along with feedback and ideas from the team. For example, in 2018 we introduced the Step Count Challenge as a MARBLES initiative, which saw 30 employees compete over some fantastic fitness prizes.
The Recharge Plan was introduced to assist employees with all aspects of mental and physical wellbeing. The plan has many popular offerings such as massages, yoga, mindfulness, boot camp, aRRt club, time out lunches and healthy breakfast.
We take wellbeing so seriously, that the Recharge Plan has its own billable code so any time spent (maximum 8 hours per month) participating in the Recharge Plan contributes to annual billing targets.
To assist employees further with their physical health we also offer Cycle to Work schemes and have a corporate partnership with Fitness First.

At MJ Hudson, we’re searching for our future leaders who will be able to lead teams and continue to ensure the company remains as a market leader. The scheme will offer you the opportunity to rotate through the business and gain experience and develop knowledge across a number of our teams and offices throughout Europe.
Over a 12 month period, you will spend time in the following divisions; Investment Advisory, Fund Management Solutions and IR and Marketing Solutions. The scheme will enable you to work with front-line staff on client projects, gaining an understanding of the industry from a practitioner’s perspective.
