WISE Analytics Group is a holding company focused on building and acquiring businesses that use data to help clients, brands and consumers make better choices. The company focuses on supporting businesses in the beauty and fashion industry.
WISE needed help to close a fundraise from existing shareholders prior to the strategic acquisition of My Market Insight (“MMI”) (formerly My Market Monitor). This is also in the context of a relatively tight closing time-frame as WISE required the transaction to coincide with a group-wide re-brand that would include the addition of MMI to the WISE group. Following the re-branding, WISE required support to develop a new marketing presentation and materials to support further external investment.
MJ Hudson led the closing process which was completed in time for the re-brand. MJ Hudson also provided all advice for a fixed fee that was agreed with WISE at the outset. The team worked closely with the senior management team at WISE as well as their other advisers to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
Subsequently, MJ Hudson produced a series of marketing and investor presentations that have been used for business development and fundraising purposes.
