Charlene has experience on various aspects of private equity transactions, including fund formation, placement activities, secondaries and corporate/M&A transactions. She also has experience on a wide range of company secretarial matters, employment and intellectual property matters.

Chamonix II (Private Equity Fund, £30 million)

Ariadne Capital fund raise

Century Asset Management fund raise

A Guernsey based private equity fund for a UK manager

Reorganisations of various companies acquired while working in-house

Negotiating and drafting a range of software licences and terms and conditions

Several refinancing transactions of a US based specialist chemicals company

Various limited partner transfers for private equity firms in emerging markets

Charlene qualified into the Corporate and Commercial Department of the London office of O'Melveny & Myers in 2007. She has also worked in-house at a London-based software company.

Charlene is a volunteer for the Law Society of England and Wales, helping law students, trainees and other lawyers with a wide range of issues relevant to the legal profession.
